Right now, we're in the midst of an exciting growth spurt and are on the lookout for a new star to add to our team in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. Do you have extensive experience in driving ambitious e-commerce projects with very high customer satisfaction? Then you're the one we're looking for!

As a Project Manager, you'll be our go-to person for all client projects. You act as a central force between our development and design teams and towards our customers. You are responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of projects, all with the goal of exceeding the customer’s expectations.

You're structured and handle a to-do list like royalty. This is a role where you'll dive into the heart of our operations—both in the client's organization and ours. Having a steady hand and being a strong, technically detail-oriented leader is crucial.

For us, you're perfect if you:

• Have a technical understanding and experience in e-commerce, design, and brand work.
• Are a leader at heart and can be responsible for fast-paced and technically complicated projects.
• Have experience in development, technology, and system architecture (no need to be a coding guru).
• Have experience with agile development and project methodology such as Scrum.
• Have experience working in project systems like Asana, Trello, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understand the importance of customer relationships and are used to being the face outward to the customer. 
• Grebban has international ambitions, and speaking and writing English fluently is a requirement.
• Several years of experience leading small to larger teams is a plus.

Examples of what you'll do:

• Project management of ambitious and fast-paced e-commerce projects.
• Work with client success and resource planning of the client team to ensure delivery excellence and optimization.
• Project management of a combination of customer experience (design/UX) and technical development.
• Business development and work on improvements of project processes, client accounts, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with CMS and CMS implementations.
• Be a part of developing and enhancing internal ways of working with your team.
